J&A Racing International: Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT)
Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or during UK Bank Holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

2. Transit Times & Delivery Methods

We use reliable couriers including Royal Mail and tracked courier services to ensure your RC parts and engineering materials arrive safely.

UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days.
UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (if selected at checkout).
International Delivery: 5–15 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates at J&A Racing are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination.

Real-time Calculation: You can view the exact shipping cost in your shopping basket before completing your purchase.
Free Delivery: We offer Free UK Shipping on selected small items (as indicated on the individual product pages).

4. Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If a tracked service was selected, your tracking number and a link to the courier's website will be included so you can monitor your delivery.

5. International Orders & Customs

For orders shipped outside of the UK, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country.

Customer Responsibility: All additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
Compliance: We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing a large international order.
