1. Order Processing & Handling Time

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT)

  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or during UK Bank Holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

2. Transit Times & Delivery Methods

We use reliable couriers including Royal Mail and tracked courier services to ensure your RC parts and engineering materials arrive safely.

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days.

  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (if selected at checkout).

  • International Delivery: 5–15 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates at J&A Racing are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination.

  • Real-time Calculation: You can view the exact shipping cost in your shopping basket before completing your purchase.

  • Free Delivery: We offer Free UK Shipping on selected small items (as indicated on the individual product pages).

4. Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If a tracked service was selected, your tracking number and a link to the courier's website will be included so you can monitor your delivery.

5. International Orders & Customs

For orders shipped outside of the UK We dispatch all our orders Delivererd Duty Paid so all duties and taxes are already paid in advance of arrival to the customer.
