Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy :

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. FREE RETURNS Label wll be provided, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you wish to return your order within 30 days unopened and in original condition.

International orders :

Can also be returned within 30 days if the reason for the return is our fault we will also refund your return post for you on reciept of the return back to us.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 - 3 working days after the return reaches us.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping :

We can ship to any address on Earth.

When you place an order, A selection of shipping options you choose from will be displayed. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

All orders are dispatched the same day or the next working day when placed over the weekend or during national holidays.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
